A new category is born - "You must be joking moments"

Oh how absolutely typical. I don't know if I should direct my wrath at the Civil Service, its privatisation of half of its functions (like carrying packages from one bit of Whitehall to another) or just the Westminster Government in general.

Perhaps they should all just revert to scratching on stones and communicating by smoke signals? Obviously it'll never happen because stones unlike government IT projects aren't provided by big companies with half their directors spinning through the revolving door to Whitehall more frantically than Alastair Campbell during a royal death. But I just thought I'd throw it out there as a suggestion.
